The Rainbow Network’s micro loan program has allowed thousands of families and graduates from our high school scholarship program to begin their own businesses. Currently, Rainbow Network is operating 251 “community banks” that are serving 2,125 beneficiaries and their families.
Micro loans are getting lots of press latey thanks to the efforts of some high profile advocates. With years of experience delivering micro credit services to the people of rural Nicaragua, we at Rainbow Network are thrilled with the attention this valuable tool for ending poverty is receiving.
